If you are interested to enquire about a booking, the following is some of the information we will need to know.

Notes
- It is not always possible to give an immediate reply. Because the club meetings take place weekly, and availability must be checked before replying to any request, it will usually be at least a week before we can respond.
- Although we are very adaptable, experience indicates that two short programmes of 15 – 20 minutes are appropriate for most occasions.
- We tend to have about 8 to 14 people at a dance event so parking space for up to 4 or 5 cars would be useful.
- Refreshments are always appreciated. Although Morris dancers are well known for their love of beer, remember that some of our dancers have to drive to the venue.

** Please provide more information about the performance, eg. describe the audience (wedding guests, corporate event, school fete, etc.), will it be indoor or outdoor, what surface we will be dancing on etc., so that we can arrange a suitable programme of dances.
